Refund & Return Policy

Thank you so much for shopping at Bun Bun Binkee!

We put lots of care into every product, especially our custom bunny portraits and made-to-order items. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds:

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@bunbunbinkee.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g. custom bunny portraits, name-personalized gifts, made-to-order designs)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

These items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at binkybunbuncreation@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if applicable) and place a new order after your return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
